HTEC's On Line Loyalty (OLL) is a centralised IP-based loyalty system providing transactions and customer targeted CRM messages from client devices to a high speed, resilient central server. The OLL system is largely based on a rules engine designed utilising our wealth of experience in loyalty implementation. As standard, our product caters for the promotional mechanics of many customers, while basing them all on the same database/software infrastructure.
