HTEC renews its BSI Quality Management Certificate
HTEC is proud to announce that it has renewed its ISO 9001:2015 accreditation this month. The certification was awarded by UKAS Management Systems on the 5 February 2018.
HTEC received its original certification on 22 July 1986 as we have always strived for excellence in the industry we service. The Quality Management Certification covers the entirety of our business, in which we offer convenience and fuel forecourt retailers, payment, loyalty, store management and EPOS solutions. It also covers processes and engagement relating to the preparation, management, installation, maintenance, servicing, customer returns as well as the support desk.
Every item and process is scrutinised and reviewed by the auditors to ensure we meet our client’s expectation, are compliant and dedicated to continual improvement.
