“We try to promote from within so we can nurture retail expertise in our sector. Investing in the team that we have ensures HTEC offers its clients the best it can. Our annual employee development review is utilised to identify people with the right skills and attitude and then we put a programme in place to develop their skills and help them build a career with us.
“Rewarding our team is vital to encourage an excellent service for our clients, keeping everyone motivated and retaining talent. With this in mind we take steps to identify individuals who are delivering an outstanding performance on a regular basis and they are rewarded through our employee engagement portal, Perkbox.”
